This class
is designed for students who have
prior exposure to Middle Eastern dance (Level 1 or Advanced Beginner classes)
There will be a review of some Level 1 & 1+ technique,
but then we will move into new material, focusing on on technique
mastery, new techniques, variations and combinations. The level 2 curriculum at Aalim School is an expanded curriculum of new techniques and combinations with more attention to dance combinations and transitions, musicality, and developing skills with finger cymbals. Some specialty techniques/props and basic layering techniques are also introduced at this level. .

Registration: Click on the registration form link below for registration, fees and policies. Please note: we typically only contact registrants before the session begins if there is a change or a problem with the registration. If you require a confirmation, indicate this on your registration form. Otherwise, you may assume that if you send in your registration and do NOT get a call from us, everything is fine and you are registered! If you need to miss a class, you can take any other regular Aalim School class at either location as a make up class.

Fees:
Due to the cumulative nature of the material, first time beginners should register for the full session; returning students may select any option. If you need to miss a class, you may attend any regular Aalim School class at either location as a make up class within the same session.
